10,000 Views!

Hey guys, after a busy month of continuous posting, The Pygmy Den has finally reached 10,000 views!!!

For such a special occasion, Malcom has been working on a pretty awesome new project, for the past week or so! I had a great idea of an update for Pocket God, that would include an electric eel, and I could immediately visualize an icon for it. So I wrote down my ideas on what the icon would look like for the electric eel update for Malcom as best as I could, and then he both drew and animated it! Like he always says, "I'm a designer not an artist, so if you don't like my work... don't complain!" But check out this awesome fan-made icon of what an update with an electric eel would look like:

Glitches: SWFLATTH (part 1)

Hey guys, just found a really cool glitch that leads to an endless supply off other glitches/odd circumstances, take a look!

First thing is first, drop down your island switching menu, and get ready to press buttons quickly.

Then click the island buttons in this order, really, really fast:

Statue-Underwater-Egg-Underwater-Statue-Underwater-Egg-Underwater-Statue

Then whenever you wanna switch to an island, click underwater, then the island you wanna go to really fast. Things will switch places, and go where they are not supposed to be.

Here are few circumstances you can achieve by doing this glitch:

Experiment with this glitch, because it can result with volcanos on other islands, Dinos eating coconuts and ants, two islands selected at the same time, pymgys appearing out of thin air, doodles on the ground, endless supply of coconuts, and invincible pymgys!

Malcom's In The House

Whoa! this frickin update, frickin sharks with frickin laserbeams attached to their frickin heads is Frickin awesome! i had a feeling that it would come today. Welcome to the second part of Malcom's Dual Reviews!

So, the review. the mini-game's really good. i liked it better than the bait master mini-game. i thought that since the underwater area has a Map Icon, i thought it should have its own music. the shark should also have its laser gear in Dry Land. i also found some... abnormalities. when you give a chum to a pygmy in the LOWER part of the underwater area, the shark wont go after the pygmy. oh yeah! i forgot that this update is a double update to other people(i didnt have any problems with my iPod). the new idles are good (except the sneezing one. couldve been better) and if you guys want to challenge me, just add me up on Feint. the username is malcomjudd.

im still wondering what that Pocket God: Suicide Squad is. i have an idea about it. it can be a promotional(free) game of PG having a new game mechanic. kinda like the Quest of Knights of the game, Knights Onrush...

SWFLATTH Has Been Approved!

Hey guys, well you've probably already heard, but incase you haven't, Episode 25: Sharks With Friggin' Lasers Attached To Their Heads (SWFLATTH) is out! Don't worry, everyone can download this one, and there are no problems for 2.1 or 2.2 iDevices! There are 3 new sacrifices on the leaderboards: Most Shark Blasts, Blasted By Shark, and Eaten By Shark Underwater! So far I'm number 1 on Most Shark Blasts (with 289), number 1 on Blasted By Shark, and number 10 on Eaten By Shark Underwater (with 10)... Beat that! Also, Shark Blasts has been added to the challenges screen, so go challenge your friends and me and challenge them. My feint name is swigo8!

What are you waiting for, go to the iTunes App Store, and use the repurchase trick (if you don't know what that is, your on your own ;) ).

Hey guys, Malcom and I came up with a great idea, that since we were just featured on The Pocket Blog, and our views have almost doubled, we thought it would be good to re-introduce ourselves to our new viewers, and tell them/you about the blog, and what we do here, in-case you didn't fully read The Pocket Blog summary about us :) I'll go first!

Hey guys, I'm swigo8, but my real name is Oliver, and I'm the main writer, poll-designer, and creator of The Pygmy Den. I'm 14 years old, and I am a senior member in the TA forums, an iPocket God forums moderator, a member of The Pocket God Forums, and an absolute Pocket God junkie! Some of my posts that you will be seeing often or can check out in the blog's archive (on the right side of the screen towards the bottom) are: Cool Pictures, Achievement Tips, Fate of The Island, Fan Art, News Flashes, Ideas From The Viewers, and Polls! Welcome to our blog, and check out anything your interested in!

My other partner here on the blog, is malcomjudd! You can call him Malcom for short(tho i dont know if that's his true name..) He is 15, and is the main designer of the blog, and he created our awesome banner at the top! Malcom's designs and changes to our blog has brought in a truck-load of new viewers, and made the site look more interesting. Malcom is from somewhere in Asia (he likes to keep it a mystery), and he also designs icons for upcoming updates (you'll see that some of them in his posts). He is mostly a designer though not an artist, so if you don't like his art... deal with it ;) Some of Malcom's posts consist of: News Flashes, Malcom's Dual Reviews (he reviews the new Dave's State of the Island and the New Update when it comes out), and Malcom's Art (awesome stuff)!
